If your hair is not freed of product. Your appointment will be CANCELED AN RESCHEDULED. You’ll have to reschedule for another day an time. 10-15 minutes late is a $20 late fee an is added to services. After 20 minutes your appointment will be CANCELLED & You’ll have to reschedule. ALL KID APPOINTMENTS Must drop off and pick up kids on time. If it takes you over a 1 hour or more to pick up your child. Then there will be a $10 BABYSITTING FEE that will be added to remaining balance. Please make sure kids are either fed before appointment or have a snack/drink during appointment. Yes kids are allowed to have a phone or tablet during appointment. Only if that child stays sitting up an holding their heads up. In attempted to not follow rules this child will be banned from bringing any phone/tablet to appointments. NO EXTRA GUEST. PARENTS are NOT allowed to sit with kids. NO siblings CAN NOT sit with client (UNLESS GETTING SERVICED) It’s helps the process go by faster and smoother. ANY Travel Appointments that I approve. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations that’s less then 24 hour of the scheduled appointment. After 20 minutes of being your appointment will be cancelled an rescheduled. No extra guest. Only client is allowed to appointment. Must be on time an NO chemicals in hair or your appointment will be canceled.
