It will be a $30 detangle fee added to services. If your hair is not washed your appointment will be canceled. If your hair is not freed of product. Your appointment will be canceled. You’ll have to reschedule. Hair must be detangled and product free. If your hair is not free of products I will cancel and you’ll have to reschedule your appointment. 10-15 minutes late is a $20 late fee an is added to services. After 20 minutes your appointment is cancelled. You’ll have to reschedule. No call no show you’ll have to rebook an pay a new deposit. And You will also have to pay a $15 no call no show fee added to new appointment. Any style that you add human hair to will be $40 fee added to hair services. If your in a rush please don’t book me I like to take my time an make sure things are nice and neat. Last minute hair changes must be made 24 hours prior to appointment. Any last minute hair changes made the day of appointment will be a $20 hair changes fee. Also fit in appointments you still have to pay a deposit and a $10 fit in fee is added to services. Must drop off and pick up kids on time. If it takes you over a 1 hour or more to pick up your child. Then there will be a $10 babysitting fee that will be added to remaining balance. Please make sure kids are either fed before appointment or have a snack/drink during appointment. Yes kids are allowed to have a phone or tablet during appointment. Only if that child stays sitting up an holding their heads up. In attempted to not follow rules this child will be banned from bringing any phone/tablet to appointments. No extra guest. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations that’s less then 24 hour of the scheduled appointment. After 20 minutes of being your appointment will be cancelled an rescheduled.
